I have long admired Helen F. for her ability to sport the headband at every workout. I have always wanted to wear headbands, but I've never had luck with them staying "put". Well ladies....I have found our answer (I know we've talked about this). Check it out! They really work...they STAY PUT! Find them at your local Target store. :)

Well don't I feel special?! Trust me when I say it is NOT a fashion statement. With the way you have me moving every which way my hair would be flying everywhere without those headbands!
